How this board works
There is no airline timetable behind this board. Skylark watches the aircraft themselves: once a flight is within about 150 nautical miles of Ireland, its expected time comes from where it is and how fast it is flying, and on the final approach into Dublin from a model trained on thousands of real landings.
Before a flight is in range, the board shows the time it usually lands, from the days the collector saw that flight arrive. That is a pattern, not a booking, so a cancelled flight can still appear as expected. A difference against the usual time is not an airline delay.
The time to walk out of the airport is a typical figure for each airport, with and without bags and passport control, not a measurement of today's queues.
