Irish airports live.

Six airports across the island, each with a live page of the aircraft around it.

About these pages

Live flights at every major Irish airport

Skylark follows the aircraft over the whole island of Ireland from one collector, which polls a public ADS-B feed and Skylark's own receivers. Each airport page below reads that one picture and shows the aircraft within 30 nautical miles of the field, nearest first, with altitude, distance and whether each one is climbing, descending or passing through. Nothing on these pages asks a flight-tracking service for anything extra, so every page shows the same, consistent picture.

When enough arriving or departing aircraft have been seen lined up with one runway, a page says which runway appears to be in use, and labels it as an inference: air traffic control assigns the runway, and Skylark only reads the traffic. When the collector has not seen the area recently, the page says the data was not collected rather than showing an empty sky. Dublin's page works differently: it reads the latest weather report and compares the wind with Dublin's three runways.
